Hailed for their passion, artistry and technical brilliance, Voices of Music is currently the most popular early music ensemble in America. ![]() Violinists Elizabeth Blumenstock and Kati Kyme will join forces to perform the Concerto Grosso in D Major from Arcangelo Corelli’s influential Opus 6.ĥ52 West End Avenue (entrance on West 87th Street), Manhattan Shelby Yamin, in her Voices of Music debut, will be featured in a rarely performed violin concerto by Maddalena Lombardini. Elizabeth Blumenstock and Baroque oboist David Dickey will perform Vivaldi’s Concerto for Violin and Oboe in B-flat Major. Violinist Augusta McKay Lodge will perform Vivaldi’s iconic Grosso Mogul concerto, with the original cadenzas. Highlights of the program include Handel and Vivaldi arias from the operas Agrippina, Bajazet and Rodelinda with internationally renowned countertenor Christopher Lowrey. The award winning early music ensemble Voices of Music, led by Hanneke van Proosdij and David Tayler, makes its New York City debut in collaboration with Gotham Early Music Scene.
